With trails for all levels, shuttles and a base area complete with Ticketing & Retail, Rentals & Workshop, and Velo Cafe & Beer Garden, Bike Glendhu has everything you need for an epic day out.
The Work
A long-standing client of J&F, we stepped in as fractional marketing management to lead the existing marketing team at Bike Glendhu, developing strategy and overseeing the execution of the marketing plan.
In our role, we are involved in every aspect of Bike Glendhu’s marketing - from budgeting, annual planning and strategy to content production, seasonal campaigns, agency liaising and board reporting. All the while overseeing the staff on the marketing team itself.
